I studied Economics, International Relations and Development in Poland and Ireland. I also started my career in recruitment in a temping agency in Dublin. After completing my Master’s program at the DCU, I moved to The Netherlands where I joined a fantastic recruitment company located in Amsterdam named Adams Multilingual Recruitment. Adams gave me the opportunity to develop my career as a Recruitment Consultant and work with many international companies and candidates while specializing in recruitment for Accounting and Finance as well as ICT areas. In the last couple of years as an employee of Adams, I had the possibility to develop my leadership skills while acting as a Recruitment Manager.
In 2019 I took a decision to bring my international experience to my home country and start Office Jobs here in Poland.
